Our Process

We have outlined our process below so you know what to expect at each stage while working with us.
Each step has been tailored to make sure your project runs as smoothly as possible.

Step 1 – Make Contact

To start things off visit our Contact us page and send us pictures of the room, approximate measurements with any inspiration pictures you have seen.

The more details the better, this will make sure our guide price is accurate as possible.

We will then book an initial phone call with Katy, during this call, Katy will get more details from you and have a chance to answer any questions you have before providing a guide price for the project based upon previous work.

After agreement on the guide price and project outline we will take a deposit to book in a survey and design visit with George.

Step 2 – Design Visit & Estimate

This is a good opportunity for George to talk through your project in more detail and survey the space.

He will be able to show you samples of various materials, finishes and colours to choose from.

After this visit we will have enough information to formulate a final estimate based upon your chosen specification and finishes.

When the estimate is agreed upon, we will produce CAD designs of the project so you can visualise how the furniture will look and make any changes you wish.

Step 3 – Production

When the design has been confirmed, We can formulate supplier material lists for the project.

After the production invoice has been paid we will be able to order the supplies and materials needed, at this stage we will have a clearer idea on lead times and installation dates.

We will keep you informed during the build so you have a clear idea of how things are progressing.

On larger projects we will ask for a 2nd production payment during the build as we approach the end of construction, leaving approximately 15-20% of the total amount left to pay after installation.

Step 4 – Installation

The exact date of installation will be confirmed as manufacturing is reaching completion in the workshop.

We will confirm the arrival time in the week prior to make sure you know when to expect us- please advise us of any dates that don’t work for you.

To help us make the install go as smoothly as possible can you remove any fragile items from the room and make as much space as possible for us to work, any larger items we are more than happy to help you with.

Because a large amount of the furniture will be assembled and finished in our workshop before installation it means we are able to keep the disruption a minimum upon fitting.

Upon arrival George and the fitters will make sure to bring floor coverings and protect the room while working, leaving everything neat and tidy afterwards for you to enjoy your new furniture!
