Design & Customisation
- What is bespoke furniture?
Bespoke furniture is custom-made or built-in furniture that is crafted specifically for you and your home. Instead of buying a piece of furniture from a store that doesn’t work in the space you intended for it opting for bespoke means whether you are looking for fitted wardrobes ,TV or Media walls or Home offices you have ultimate flexibility to decide on the exact size, colour and layout, giving you one-of-a-kind pieces that reflect your personal style and taste.
- What is the design process for bespoke furniture?
After you initially contact us, we will review images and initial project details you have provided before organising a phone call to go through any questions and discuss guide prices.
Next, we ask for a small deposit to book an in person design visit at your home where George will go through your furniture ideas in more detail, survey the space and show you samples of your chosen colours and materials.
After this visit we will have enough information to formulate a final estimate and produce your concept visuals.
These will give you a great feel for how the planned furniture will look and you will have full CGI CAD designs to sign off before production.
On larger projects where multiple designs are needed we will take a percentage to begin this process and make appropriate revisions and changes based on your feedback.
Once designs are signed off we can start the making your furniture! This is the beginning of production where we will take the next payment ensuring we can order all the materials and supplies needed to begin the build in the workshop. We will keep you informed throughout the process, sending pictures and videos along with updates on the progress. Finally we will book in your installation date and notify you the time of our arrival for the specific day. For more details on our process visit https://aspectsbespoke.co.uk/our-process/

For cleaning painted surfaces or spray finished exterior doors then the same applies using a microfibre cloth with a low solvent spray. Real woods or veneer will vary depend on the finish, oil or stain applied.
